Axiom Update 3.10.7

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.10.7 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

General new features

  • Added the Audit History screen to the new experience UI
    • Administrator users can find this under “Admin Panel” when clicking on their name in the top-right of the screen
    • We’ve added the ability to download the audit history from this screen to CSV

Oversight

  • Simplified the way job roles and people are displayed on the UI
    • People will now always be displayed alongside any roles they hold on a single ’tile’ in mapping views
  • You can now directly manage many more relationships directly from item cards
    • E.g. managing job roles, responsibilities, boards and committees directly from a person’s details card
  • Added a new “Reporting Lines” view which purely contains a visualisation of people’s reporting relationships
  • Added a value for “Employed By” to a person which can be used to track the legal entity which directly employs them (which may be different from any they occupy in organisational design views)
  • ‘Supplementary information’ is now copied to the new draft when copying a Statement of Responsibilities
  • Added some more information to Responsibility Maps:
    • Responsibility references
    • “Employed By” information for a person
  • Added ‘local’ responsibilities to the count of responsibilities shown on the summary of a SOR
  • Changed the display of the ‘archive’ button to ‘unarchive’ when looking at an already archived item

Issues

  • Improved display of field formatting in CSV extracts
  • Fixed an issue with resetting filters on the issue grid
  • Fixed a problem entering numbers with the num pad into custom fields
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from removing themselves as investigators from an issue
  • Improved the ability to search issue fields via the issue grid

General Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where double clicking an item in the library in IE11 could open the one above
  • Fixed a data issue that could arise when removing the “lock” date setting for a reminder
  • Fixed a problem preventing topics from being removed in mapping screens
  • Fixed an issue with properly routing users to a page when they log in
  • Fixed an issue preventing removing rules from topics
  • Added the ability to filter workflows by templates or instances in the design screen
  • Added the reminder description to the top of the attestation page in the new experience
  • You can now add unlimited options to a ‘pick list’ data set
